Low FODMAP Cajun Potato Pom Poms

Leftover mashed potato has never tasted so good! Ideal as a snack or a crowd-pleasing appetiser, these crispy Cajun delights are a savoury sensation, bringing together the satisfying texture of perfectly crisped potatoes with the irresistible Cajun seasoning.

Ingredients


    Method

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
    2. Add your leftover mashed potato to a bowl along with corn flour and Cajun seasoning. Mix together until combined. It should form a consistency similar to cookie dough.
    3. Roll your potato dough into small balls, approximately 4 cm diameter, and place them in the airfryer. Spray with cooking oil spray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
    4. Serve your crispy potato pom poms as an appetiser or side with your favourite low FODMAP dips such as tomato sauce or sweet chili sauce.
