Holy moly! I have been on the Low FODMAP Diet for 18 years now. The take away that we bought most often prior to that was Indian, so it's fair to say I have really missed that. I have tried to create my own but without success, so imagine my surprise when I cooked this last night and it was delicious! I was actually a bit worried that it might affect me, as I have learnt over time that if something is really yummy it means that I will become sick.I have waited 24 hours to write this review and guess what? Not one single twinge or pain and no bloated gut! I highly recommend this product.
