Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic and/or onion replacement powder per serve, into any recipe. For the best flavour, sprinkle the powder into a meal under heat, at the end of cooking.

Perfect for adding the low FODMAP taste of onion and garlic to pastas, Mexican dishes, stir fries, dips, marinades and so much more.
