Shipping within New Zealand

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand.

• Urban Delivery
  Standard tracked courier delivery to all urban addresses.
  Estimated timeframe: 2–4 working days (allow an extra day for South Island deliveries).
• Rural Delivery
  Orders sent to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses may take longer to arrive.
  Estimated timeframe: 3–7 working days.
  A small additional charge applies for rural shipping.

Shipping to Australia

We ship to most major cities and regional areas in Australia using tracked courier services.

• Estimated timeframe: 7–14 working days (depending on location).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
• You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
• We don’t dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
