Refund policy

Physical products can be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging and be unopened and undamaged. You will need to pay for the shipping costs to return your items to us. Please contact us directly to organise returns and refunds via email info@thefriendlyfoodco.nz

Downloadable products cannot be refunded.
