O-No-Onion Kiwi Dip

Bowl of Low FODMAP Kiwi Onion Dip with chives and potato chips on a marble surface

We’re bringing back a nostalgic Kiwi favourite, without the gut fallout, thanks to our O-No-Onion & Garlic Replacement Powders. Same creamy, savoury flavour. No onion. No garlic. No regrets.

Say hello to our O-No-Onion Kiwi Dip. The kind of recipe that proves gut-friendly food can still be fun, familiar and very moreish.

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: onion replacement powder, garlic replacement powder, corn starch, salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the reduced cream, lemon juice and chives.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes if you can (trust us – it’s worth it), then serve with crackers, veggie sticks or alongside your next BBQ spread.

*If you’re lactose intolerant, keep portions to around 30–40g per serve, or add lactase enzymes (available from your local pharmacy).
