This mix was delicious. I made a large batch of mexican mince for nachos/burritos/enchiladas. I'm looking forward to trying it on chicken too.
Holy moly! I used this spice mix for the first time and it was delicious! Usually when something is delicious I can be pretty sure that I will react to it, but not any reaction at all. If you love and miss Mexican food, I highly recommend the Mexican spice mix!
This is the most amazing spice mix. Won't go back to store brought packets. Purchased 3 Jars on my last shop.

I love this spice mix! My favourite thing to do with it cook some mince, a grated carrot and add a couple of spoons of the mix and a tin of chopped tomatoes. I then slice a big kumara in half, microwave it and serve the mince on the pieces of cooked kumara. Then add some grated cheese and chopped up green part of a spring onion. Delish!
